Mixed Case of the Month

 You may not be able to decide which bottle of wine you want, or you may want to try something new, but what to choose?

Just £70 buys you a journey into some uncharted wine waters, and hopefully a discovery of some new favourites!

Each mixed case has 12 bottles (2 of each wine) and is just £70.00!  It can be posted anywhere on the UK mainland for £15.00 P&P. The notes below can be included should you wish to send it as a gift. Delivery in the Chester area is FREE too - hurrah!! 

RED WINES

Santa Rosa Mendoza Malbec / Shiraz - £6.75
Lovely little number from Argentina. Medium bodied, smooth and full of cherry fruits with a dash of spice. Fantastic for warming up a miserable Wednesday evening..

Bella Modella Primitivo / Sangiovese 2010 - £6.25

A lovely wine from one of my favourite regions - Puglia in Southern Italy. Smooth and fruity with that classic Italian rustic edge. Fantastic value for money.

Costa Vera Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 - £6.25

Classic Cab Sauv from Chile. Plenty of clean blackcurrant fruits, smooth and full bodied. Punches well above its weight.

WHITE WINES

Santa Rosa Mendoza Chenin Blanc / Torrontes 2011 - £6.75

Rather a lovely aromatic white from Argentina. All that fresh orchard fruit flavour from the chenin combines with the exotic peach and lychee flavour of the Torrontes. Perfect with spicy food. Thai curry anyone?

Bella Modella Pinot Grigio 2011 - £6.50
There's some dreadful PG around, and I'm glad to say this isn't one of them. Fresh and crisp and bursting with orchard fruit flavour - always a welcome addition to the mixed case.

Campo Flores Verdejo / Sauvignon Blanc 2010 - £6.50
Fancy a change? Verdejo is a Spanish grape with plenty of zing and citrus fruit flavour. Add a dash of Sauvignon Blanc and you have a perfect mid-week pick-me-up. Fresh and lively, well worth discovering.
